Can my child eat before lessons?

Yes, but do not feed them less than 20 minutes before a lesson starts.

Must my child wear a Diaper?

If your child is not 100% potty trained, please ensure they wear a Swim Diaper as a precaution.

What clothes should I bring?

Always have a spare swimsuit with you, as well as a fresh change of clothing. In Winter, be sure to bring Beanies, Gloves, and a Warm Jacket..

Do we need to bring a towel, goggles, and a cap?

Always bring a towel, goggles, and a cap are optional. Generally, the hotel provides towels, but always be prepared.

Can my child eat immediately after a class?

Please bring a snack for after the lesson. After all the exercise, children are always hungry.

Where do I park, and how do I enter the pool area?

Park behind the hotel, enter the pool area from the exterior exit door (you will drive past it, on your way in.) Alternatively, go to reception and ask them to let you into the pool area via access from the gym.

Do I need to rebook my time slot each month? And what notice must I give?

No, timeslots renew automatically at the end of each month (4 weeks at a time), unless you provide us with two weeks’ notice before the end of the month.

What happens if I cannot make a lesson?

You must give Debby notice at least 24 hrs before the lesson. You are then entitled to 1 free makeup lesson per month. Please check with Debby for a suitable time. No refunds are provided; once you commit to your lessons for the month, that time slot is reserved for you.

Can I sign up for more than 1 lesson per week?

Yes, you can. If you wish to accelerate your progress, try signing up for lessons twice weekly.
